Easy to maneuver, our Hybrid steel boasts an aluminum core for fast and even heating. Oven-safe to an incredible 482ºC, you can even throw it on the grill. And it’s just over 2 kilograms – lighter than that bag of flour you just bought. This is like no other pizza steel you’ve seen.
